These Terms of Service govern your use of the ChatPulse mobile application and SaaS platform (the "Service") provided by ChatPulse. The Service is hosted at https://wa.atifiy.com.

By accessing or using ChatPulse, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of the terms, you may not use the Service.

2. User Accounts

To use ChatPulse, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring your use of the Service complies with local laws and regulations.

3. Use of the Service

You agree NOT to use ChatPulse to:

  • Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages.
  • Distribute illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to disrupt the Service’s infrastructure.

4. Contact Syncing and Messaging

ChatPulse is a communication tool. By using the Service, you understand that:

  • The App will request access to your device contacts to facilitate messaging.
  • Messaging costs (data usage) from your mobile provider may apply.

5. Termination

ChatPulse reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." ChatPulse makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability or availability of the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ChatPulse be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
